Job Portal

This project is developed an online Job Portal for the Placement Department of the company. The system is an online application that can be accessed throughout the organization and outside as well with proper login provided. This system can be used as an Online Job Portal for the Placement Dept of the organization to manage the jobseeker information with regards to placement. Jobseeker logging should be able to upload their information in the form of a CV. Visitors/Company representatives logging in may also access/search any information put up by Jobseeker.

Administrator

View registered candidate list, employer list.
View last login details of candidates.
Facility of export to excel candidate list data and employer list data.
Keeps tracks of employers activities like job posting.
Facility to search candidate data Namewise,Emailid,Mobileno.,Username,Location,Basic education or datewise.
Facility to search Resume like Advance search,IT Search,Key Search.
Admin can view jobs posted by Employer and candidates job application.
Compose mail facility.
Admin can view job alert request send by candidates andsend job email.
Online assessment test.

Create test category wise.
Assign test to user.
Send test links to user through email.
View students result.
Results can print or export to excel.

Facility to create manager,view manager list.
E-Hire Employer management

View list of registered e-hire employer list.
View employer job request and can search job request by job code or company name.
Assign job request task to manager.
View Assigned requirement and related activities.
Keeps tracks of all forwarded resumes or selected candidates.
Facility to activate employer to view resume within given time period.

Employer

Edit profile like Company Name, Company representative name,Industry,Address,City,About company etc.
Facility to search resume like Advanced search,IT search,EZ search,My search.
Advanced search by basic details like candidate id,Mobile No.,experience,salary or keywords,employment details,educational details.
IT search by IT skills,experience,employment details,display options.
EZ search by any keyword.
My search by display options and keyword like total experience,salary,location etc..
Post vacancies and post a classified jobs.
Manage jobs and responses.
Create personalized folder facility to save shortlisted resume.
Facility to generate email templates.
Post latest walk-ins.
View job applications.
Facility to schedule interview.
Facility to download resume,view video resume,view complete details of candidates.
Display list of scheduled interviews.Search candidates by name,emailid,mobileno,interview location,status,interview detail.

Jobseeker

Edit profile,view profile snapshot.
Candidate can edit profile summary,IT skills,education details,other details relevant to like language known,work authorization etc.

Display freshers jobs,candidate can search job by keywords,location,experience,salary expectation..

E-Hire Employer
