ERP For School

ERP is an abbreviation for Enterprise Resource Planning. Enterprise is an organisation like school. The facilities, staff and students are the resources. ERP software helps the school to achieve its goals by using the resources better.ERP software collects the data and gives useful information to make correct decisions.
For example when a student joins the school his personal information is entered into the system. His fees receipt are entered by different people at different times. When the Principal / HOD looks into the profile of the student all the particulars are shown in a single screen. It helps the Principal / HOD to discuss the performance of the student with the parents effectively. Like this ERP software helps all the persons in a school. We will look into the benefits of ERP in detail later.

Administrator

Show registered Employee list and give authority for login.
Facility to add Student fees detail including admission fees,installment fees,transport fees etc.
Facility to Edit student details, search student by name,class,caste category then edit and delete.
Admin can add sections for particular class.
Admin can add subject for particular standard.
Facility to register Teacher staff.
Admin have the facility to change Admission no.
Facility to change the roll number of student.

Admin can assign section to students.
Show student admission details-search details by class and section wise, name wise, caste wise, gender wise etc.

Employee

Employee can add student details

Grading System

Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) refers to system of school based assessment that covers all aspects student’s development. The comprehensive component CCE takes care of assessment of all round development of the child’s personality. It includes assessment in scholastic and co-scholastic aspect in student’s growth. Students will be evaluated both in scholastic and non scholastic areas as per the guidelines & norms of the CBSE.
